    OSIM, established in 1980, is a global leader in branded healthy lifestyle products and is ranked as Asia’s Number 1 brand in healthy lifestyle products. OSIM operates a wide point-of-sales through the 4 specialty retail brands of OSIM, Richlife, TWG Tea and GNC, with more than 850 outlets in five continents. OSIM was looking for an E-Commerce solution for Asia with multi-country deployments in Greater China and Southeast Asia.

  • Solution

    OSIM chose Bluecom to implement their Asia E-Commerce solution on the Magento platform. OSIM had interest in its E-Commerce website performance and Bluecom began the implementation of 5 Magento country websites through 2 instances, with 1 specific instance for the China market. Bluecom took into account country specific features in Asia, regarding checkout process, payment gateways and social networks for OSIM’s E-Commerce websites. Notable implementations include store pickup, out of stock subscription, gift promotions and loyalty program. Bluecom also performed integrations with OMS, analytic and e-mail tools.

  • Result

    Bluecom finished the project within deadline and OSIM launched its Singapore E-Commerce website in 2015. This marked OSIM’s first E-Commerce implementation on the Magento platform, with coming deployments for China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Bluecom looks to continue to work together with OSIM on additional country projects.
