Laudree.jp is fully adapted and customized for the most demanding customers, delivering fresh macarons, selected teas and pastries to its privileged online customers.
Bluecom developed the E-Commerce solution on the Magento platform with Japanese customization features for checkout process and social network integration. Additionally, Bluecom implemented features including product detail information per box type and choice of delivery date in accordance with product consumption/expiration date.
Bluecom stayed within the 3 month timeline for the launch in 2014 resulting in a functionally enhanced E-Commerce experience for Ladurée’s Japanese consumers, leading to Ladurée effectively utilizing its supply chain. Bluecom is also working on the mobile web store, which is projected to launch in early 2015.
